I have been to see Dr Nayar several times recently due to recent troubles and he and his team have helped me a long immensely. I have made progress faster than I had expected myself to and he has been brilliant.

Dr Nayar, has been supporting me for some time now and each time I see him he listens to what I have to say and he fully involves me in all decision making. I've experienced in the past, that doctor's have made decisions for me without giving me information about medication I have been subscribed or an option to be involved with any decisions made about my care. However, Dr Nayar does, he gives me the time of day and doesn't make me feel rushed at my appointments and explains everything in a language I understand i.e. no jargon or medical terminology that I would not understand. I'm still working towards getting the right balance of my medication and I have all faith that with Dr Nayar's continued support I will get there :)

Dr Nayar has essentially helped me turn my life around. After battling with mood swings and even alcoholism as I attempted to self-medicate, Dr Nayar listened and had the insight to encourage me to stay sober long enough that I could be assessed for bi-polar. Since then I have been diagnosed properly, remained sober and am going from strength to strength in my mental and general health as well as my family life and career. Can't recommend him enough!
